The 4.0 Training tax credit supports companies along the digital and technological transformation process; the credit can be set off directly upon payment of the employees tax. The measure involves training for the employees, which can be delivered directly through “training on the job”.

The New Skills Fund supports all private entrepreneurs who want their employees to grow. The measure refunds the cost of working hours allocated to skill development paths. 50% of the amount will go to the certifying authority and the rest will remain available to the company, for more training projects. In addition, the entreprise will gain free certification, in order to be prepared to the reform of mandatory corporate certifications, expected in 2023.
